Exchange Policy
Exchanges are ONLY valid in the case of a defective or faulty product, defined as items that do not function as intended. Claims must be registered within 2 days of receiving the item. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service or fill out our exchange request form. You can request an exchange within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original packaging, unused, and in good condition with all tags attached. No exchanges will be processed without a receipt, and customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the product is deemed defective.
