  1. Exchange Policy

    Exchanges are ONLY valid in the case of a defective or faulty product, defined as items that do not function as intended. Claims must be registered within 2 days of receiving the item. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service or fill out our exchange request form. You can request an exchange within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original packaging, unused, and in good condition with all tags attached. No exchanges will be processed without a receipt, and customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the product is deemed defective.   2. Shipping Policy

    At Gifts of Girls, we aim to provide our customers with the best possible experience when shopping with us. We offer shipping for all orders within Pakistan. All orders are shipped within five business days of purchase and are typically delivered within 3-5 days after shipment. Delivery is handled by our partnering courier service provider. Customers will receive tracking information upon shipment, though please note that tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to become active. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier service provider. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse any orders that may appear suspicious or fraudulent.
